Cancellation & Refund Policy

At Srisailam Eco-circuit Private Limited (Transit Mrugavani Mannanur), we value your trust and understand that plans may change. Below is our transparent cancellation and refund policy:

General Policy

• All cancellation requests must be made in writing via email or through the official booking platform.

• Refunds, where applicable, will be processed to the original source of payment within 7–14 working days.

• Guests opting for rescheduling must confirm new dates within the timeline mentioned below. Rescheduling is subject to availability.

Cancellation & Refund Terms

• 15 Days or More Before Check-In: 100% refund OR reschedule within 2 months.

• 7 to 14 Days Before Check-In: 50% refund OR reschedule within 1 month.

• 0 to 6 Days Before Check-In / No Show: No refund and no rescheduling.

Important Notes

• Refunds/rescheduling apply only to bookings made directly with Mrugavani Resorts’ official channels.

• Bookings made through OTAs (MakeMyTrip, Goibibo, Booking.com, etc.) follow their respective policies.

• Force Majeure cases (natural calamities, strikes, lockdowns, or government restrictions) will be reviewed at the management’s discretion.
